Today, 17 trainees started their working life with us. Our new trainees were welcomed by our Managing Director Jörg W. Meyer, our Head of HR Carlos Salgado, our Training Manager Denise Bochmann and Chairman of our Works Council Thomas Delhey.

In addition, we hold our Welcome Days to make the introduction to our company as smooth as possible. This means that we will take plant tours at KAYSER Automotive and KAYSER Filtertech in Einbeck and the trainees will get to know each other. Furthermore, our trainees meet their training mentors and instructors and are provided with all relevant information on the topics of occupational safety, fire protection, information security, etc.. This ensures a good start at KAYSER.
